TikTok Shop Fulfillment

Fulfilled by TikTok receives against a shipment plan you create in Seller Center. The cartons must match that plan in product and quantity, carry the labels it generates, and reach the assigned fulfillment center in the delivery window. The programme's detailed rules change from time to time, so we work from the instructions shown on your own shipment plan rather than from a fixed list.

A TikTok Shop fulfillment center receives goods that are already cleared. The inventory has to enter the USA under your name, either through a US entity or as a non-resident importer with a continuous bond and a US customs broker. QShip Worldwide's broker files the entry, we pay the duty, and the goods are delivered duty paid. The delivery cannot be booked until the entry is released, so we file as soon as the vessel or flight is confirmed.

• Sea freight, Delhi to a West Coast fulfillment center: about six to eight weeks door to dock
• Sea freight to an East Coast or Texas fulfillment center: seven to nine weeks, depending on routing
• Air freight: five to seven days door to dock
• Receiving after delivery: ask your account manager for the current figure, because it moves with the season

TikTok assigns the fulfillment center when the shipment plan is created, and it may be far from the port of entry. If the assignment is inland, we route through the port that keeps the domestic leg shortest. Sellers who run a promotion or a live-selling event should plan the inbound well ahead of it, because stock that is still on the water cannot be sold.

Fulfilled by TikTok suits a seller whose orders come mainly from TikTok Shop and who wants TikTok to pick, pack and ship them. A US warehouse suits a seller who also sells on Amazon, Walmart or their own store and wants one stock for every channel. The warehouse takes the container from India, then replenishes Fulfilled by TikTok in smaller shipments as sales draw down.

Many sellers start with a direct inbound to Fulfilled by TikTok for a product that is selling well, and add a warehouse once the second channel is live. Both routes start the same way in India, so the choice can wait until the first container is booked.
