What does the role involve?
- Quote and book ocean, air and road movements for assigned customers
- Coordinate customs filing with the documentation desk and chase queries
- Track every shipment and call the customer before they need to call you
- Keep the shipment file complete: documents, seal photos, proof of delivery
What are we looking for?
- Two or more years in freight forwarding or export documentation
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, shipping bills and marketplace inbound rules
- Written and spoken English and Hindi
- Comfort with early or late shifts on a shared rota
