Storage and consolidation in Delhi NCR

Warehousing

Warehousing at QShip is storage in Delhi NCR that sits between your factory and the export leg. Goods are received and counted, palletised and labelled to the destination's standard, held for days or months, and dispatched to the ICD, port or airport when the booking is ready. It is priced per pallet per week plus handling.

Why put export cargo in a warehouse before shipping?

Two reasons come up most. Factories in Jaipur, Moradabad, Panipat or Noida finish production in batches that do not match a container, so cargo waits somewhere until there is enough to ship. And marketplace shipments need prep that factories are not set up for: pallet building, labelling, carton size compliance. A warehouse in Delhi solves both without tying up the factory floor.

  • Build a full container from several production runs or several suppliers
  • Hold seasonal stock and release it to the sailing that matches the sales window
  • Prep FBA and WFS shipments to the marketplace's standard before they leave India
  • Keep a buffer of finished goods so an urgent air replenishment can leave within a day

What happens to cargo inside the warehouse?

  1. 1Receive the truck, count cartons against the delivery note and photograph any damage
  2. 2Record the lot in the stock report with SKU, carton count and location
  3. 3Palletise to the destination standard, or hold as loose cartons if it ships that way
  4. 4Apply carton labels, pallet labels and any marketplace-specific markings
  5. 5Pick and stage the cartons for the booked shipment, and load the outbound vehicle
  6. 6Send the packing list with pallet dimensions and weights for the freight booking

Stock reports go out weekly and on request, listing every lot by SKU, carton count and days in storage. Nothing leaves without a dispatch instruction from you.

Where is the QShip warehouse and what can it handle?

Storage is in Delhi NCR within reach of ICD Tughlakabad, ICD Dadri and Delhi airport, so a dispatch booked in the morning can gate in the same day. The facility handles palletised and loose general cargo, garments on hangers and in cartons, home goods, handicrafts and hardware. It does not hold temperature-controlled, hazardous or bonded cargo.
