Sample study: consolidating four suppliers into one 40 ft high cube

A placeholder study showing a buying office's cargo from four factories brought into the Delhi warehouse and shipped as one FCL under one shipping bill.

Sample content. The customer, figures and steps on this page are placeholders added to review the layout. They are not real and will be replaced before launch.

What was the problem?

Sample text. Four suppliers finished production over three weeks, and shipping each as LCL meant four sets of destination charges and four deliveries to the US warehouse.

What did QShip do?

  1. 1Sample step: received each supplier's lot at the Delhi warehouse and counted it against the order
  2. 2Sample step: palletised to a single standard and built the load plan for a 40 ft high cube
  3. 3Sample step: filed one shipping bill for the consolidated cargo and stuffed at the ICD
  4. 4Sample step: delivered to the New Jersey warehouse on a live unload within free time

What changed?

Sample text. One container, one customs entry, one delivery. The buying office now ships monthly on the same pattern.
